DREDGED

The site-specific performance in collaboration with sculptor Jocelyn McGregor responds to stories of Windermere Lake in Cumbria. The performers physically devised the piece with a text written by the Lakeland Poets, imagining historical and ecological stories of the lake. The work aimed to highlight the lake's importance as a focal point for community gathering and as a warning sign of environmental collapse.
